Our Full List of Services
The thing we’re really good at is sorting businesses and businesses out, especially those founded and run by squiggly-brained, non-conformist founders that have often felt like the square peg in a round hole. We are trusted to deliver the support people actually need, no matter the circumstances.
Our founder Lena Robinson is a non-conformist herself and she’s not afraid to tackle unusual situations. One time she has been asked to write the brand positioning for a PR agency by the founder…who only had months to live, he had wanted the business he was leaving behind for his wife and children to be a legacy he could be proud of. The day we delivered it, he was so happy, and so were we, as the trust that had been put in us was huge. And a few months later he passed knowing the brand had been created to last well beyond him. We consider it a privilege to have been blessed to help him leave such a legacy.
Another time Lena was asked to help two founders figure out how to calmly sort out assets (business and personal) as they were sadly divorcing, but wanted the business, their relationship and clients to feel as least disruption as possible. It was done amicably, without lawyers and both parties went their separate ways without too much stress. Definitely not your typical Zoom call during the pandemic that’s for sure.
Lena has even been asked to help a grieving client, whose business and personal partner had passed the previous year, to help her work through the financial and tax twists and turns a partner passing causes. Not only was it the practical issues of probate to contend with, but as you can imagine, there was a level of personal overwhelm that meant the paperwork had be unravelled and made sense of before it could be dealt with from a tax, banking and accounting perspective. The level of empathy and care it takes to deal with a situation like that takes a very special kind of consultant.
So, although the following list might seem 'normal’ and ‘average’ for a business consultancy, the way we work, our F*** The Status Quo attitude and the situations we can deal with are far from ‘normal’ and way beyond ‘average’.
