Does asking for help give you 'the ick'?

Does asking for help give you 'the ick'?

Asking for help can give me ‘the ick’ big time, but here’s the thing, I’ve had to learn, there are times in our lives when we need support and guidance to help us make sense of the jumbled thoughts racing around our heads.

Bipolar, Anxiety and Agoraphobia: A lifetime struggling with my mental health

Our ‘Boss Lady’ Lena Robinson provides a brutally honest, revealing story about her struggles with Bipolar, anxiety and agoraphobia. Many people, non-conformists in particular, struggle with their mental health. Lena wrote this, not only because it was mental health week this week, but because she wants others to know, they are not alone, that you can get through whatever you are dealing with and that asking for help is the opposite of weak. Why they are arguably the most dominant team in sport today, (that's right, in ANY sport in the world, not just rugby), and what we can learn as business owners from their approach.

Old brain, young brain, pointy stick
