After a long, necessary break, The FTSQ Podcast is back, and let’s be clear, this isn’t just a podcast relaunch, it’s a personal resurrection.
Back in 2019, I launched this audio podcast show to give space to, and celebrate the non-conformists who’s voices often didn’t get airtime they deserved. The unconventional. The different. The unorthodox. Those brilliant mavericks that just don’t fit the mainstream mould. Then, life hit hard. Chronic illness forced me to step back from everything. I had to fight to recover, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
But, now, I’m back. And so is the mission: to celebrate non-conformists, in all their messy, magnificent glory.
So, who’s first up on the mic?
The four newest episodes are already recorded and coming later this week (the intention is we’ll release weekly on a Friday) and I’m kicking off with four brilliant minds:
Bernie Mitchell - community builder, coworking disruptor and proof that kindness and rebellion go hand in hand (Publication date due Friday 18th July 2025)
Sangeeta Pillai - founder of Soul Sutras and Masala Podcast, giving an unapologetic voice to South Asian women globally. (Publication date due Friday 25th July 2025)
Haihaou Liu - a strategist who blends business and creativity like a master alchemist. (Publication date due Friday 1st August 2025)
Dada Jyotirupananda - a yogic monk bringing Eastern wisdom into the West’s noisy chaos. (Publication date due Friday 8th August 2025)
And that’s just the start.
Coming next will be the artists from The FTSQ Gallery
Art has always been steeped in rebellion, so it makes perfect sense that the next set of guests will be some of the non-conformist artists from The FTSQ Gallery, people who are not only breaking artistic rules but rebuilding them into something deeply personal and powerful, expect to here more about how they align with the galleries belief that “art is legacy”.
Want to be a guest?
We’re not looking for influencers. We’re looking for impact. We’re looking for non-conformists we can celebrate with out community.
You might be a founder, a freelancer, an artist, a monk, a builder of ideas, a breaker of systems or simply a challenger of the status quo. You might be “successful” or still figuring it out. Either way, if you’ve something original to say or a story to tell we would like to talk to you.
The world doesn’t need more polished nonsense. It needs raw voices. Brave stories. People who are OK with no trying to fit in.
This is FTSQ. Let’s F* the status quo together. Come tell your story.
And if you fancy listening to any of the original podcasts please head on over to those ahead of this Friday’s relaunch episode (18th July 2025).
